Monthly Package Policy
All package discounts are good for the first month of service only. Packages will be billed at current regular monthly prices on the same date of the following month.
Purchased package prices are good for six whole months. On the 7th month of continued service, customer will be offered a Loyalty Discount Rate, based on the current regular prices at that time.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- If you cancel your service, or we cancel for non-payment, your current rate will be cancelled.
- Any new orders placed will be billed at rates current as of the date of purchase.
- This is not a contract. You may cancel your monthly service at anytime by visiting our Unsubscribe page.
Because ContentMarketingGeek.com begins the research and strategy development process immediately, we do not issue refunds after the order has been submitted successfully. As our customer, it’s important that you understand this before purchasing our services online.
We do, however, understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that may take place in regard to the services we supply.
Therefore, we WILL honor refund requests under the following two circumstances:
- Non-delivery of service: If for any reason, your services do no begin as scheduled, due to factors on our end, we will issue a refund. Request must be made in writing, via postal mail or email, within 7 days of the date service is scheduled to begin.
- Site access issues: There may be times when we are unable to access your website, blog and/or social network in order to publish your content. If it is deemed that the access issues are on our end, and we unable to resolve them within 5 working days, we will issue a refund.
